Raffles and free prize draws

Keep your draw in hand.

Charitas Raffles keeps entries, estimated returns and draw records together in your project. Paid entries need external payment references. Your manager confirms the closed record before the server selects winners.

Count the costs first.

Estimate ticket quantity × price, less prizes, other costs and the good-cause allocation. This local calculator does not issue or record tickets.

The allocation sets money aside for your cause. The remaining balance is after that allocation, not your full fundraising proceeds.

500 tickets × £2 = £1,000 gross. Subtract £100 prizes, £50 other costs and £0 allocation: £850 remains. Set a fixed £200 allocation and £650 remains.
